1. Scope and controller

Scripted, Inc. is responsible for personal data processed through this website and its business-to-business Studio workspace. Registered office in Delaware: 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware 19808, United States. Contact for privacy requests: privacy@scrptd.io. This notice does not cover a separate consumer streaming app.

2. Information and purposes

• Accounts: work email, studio name, authentication and account identifiers, to create and manage Studio access. Required fields are marked in the forms.
• Submissions: project details, uploaded videos and creatives, filenames, submission status and review feedback, to evaluate a potential publishing relationship and operate the workspace.
• Communications: information you send by email, including business or recruitment inquiries, to respond and follow up.
• Technical information: IP address, browser information and service logs processed by our infrastructure providers to deliver and secure the website.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on taking steps at your request before a contract and performing a contract when you are the contracting individual; on legitimate interests in managing professional relationships, reviewing proposals and keeping our systems secure when you act for a studio; and on legal obligations where applicable. Optional tracking would require consent where required by law. Without the required account or project information, we may be unable to provide the requested feature.

3. Access and service providers

Information is available to authorized Scripted personnel and service providers as needed for their work. The website uses Vercel for hosting and delivery, Supabase for Studio authentication, database and file storage, and Google Workspace for business email and correspondence. Legal or professional advisers and authorities may receive information where necessary for legal obligations or claims. We do not sell personal information or use advertising pixels on this website.

4. International processing

Scripted is a US corporation and its providers operate internationally, including in the United States. Provider processing locations and safeguards are described in the Vercel data processing terms, Supabase data processing terms and Google Workspace data processing terms. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, an appropriate transfer mechanism is required. Contact us for details of the safeguards applicable to your data.

5. Retention

Retention is determined by the purpose of the record: account data is needed while the workspace relationship remains active; submissions while a proposal is under review or an agreed collaboration continues; correspondence while the inquiry or relationship is being handled; and security logs while needed to investigate incidents and protect the service. Records needed for a legal obligation or an actual or potential claim may be retained for the applicable statutory period. Backup copies follow the relevant provider's backup cycle. You may request closure of your account and deletion of its data by email; legal retention exceptions will be explained where applicable.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Email privacy@scrptd.io; we may need proportionate verification of your identity. Where the GDPR applies, we normally respond within one month, with any permitted extension explained. You may complain to your local data protection authority, including the CNIL in France.

8. Professional users and submitted materials

The Studio workspace is intended for adult professional users. Do not submit sensitive personal information or personal data that you are not authorized to share. If you believe a child has supplied account information, contact us so we can investigate.

9. Updates

Last updated: 22 October 2026. Material changes to the way we handle personal data will be reflected in this notice and communicated where required.
